2nd Semester Class Payment
Cooking Basics: Students will learn some of the basics of cooking/baking. Students will work together to create amazing recipes. Students will learn various cooking/baking techniques in cooking and be able to make an entire meal. Class fee: $25
Plant (micro-green) Science: Students will study of the growth and nutritional value of young plants that are harvested before they fully mature. Students will also harvest the micro greens grown in class and freeze dry them to make various superfood powders. Class fee: $25
Construction: Students will learn the basics of building construction. This class is only for 10th-12th graders and students must have prior experience. Permission must be given for this class. Class fee: $25
Simply Natural: Students will learn about herbal remedies, make tinctures (vodka will be used), herbal salves, natural household products, natural skincare products, and much more. $25
Critical Thinking and Decision Making: Learn and play various critical thinking and strategic games. Class fee: $25
