Before School Payment
EPEC students MUST BE signed up for the before/after school program. Payment for the programs must be paid one week in advance. Rates are not prorated regardless of attendance. Families enrolled in the programs may call ahead to sign up their child for a day not scheduled. Students dropped off early that are not enrolled in the programs will be charged $10 for the first 15 min and $20 if dropped off sooner than 15 min early. Students picked up late that are not in the after school program will be charged $10 for the first 15 min and $30 after 15 min. for after school care. There will be a 10 minute grace period before charges accrue for after school ONLY. Snacks will not be provided.
Contact school is additional time is needed.
*Additional children will be given a 20% discount.
*Please provide additional snacks for your child in the after school program.
Due to online processing fees, the total dollar amount is different than the actual tuition cost. These fees can be avoided by making payments via check or cash to the EPEC Office.
